I have been feeling very unwell for over 2 years my main health problem was my breathing I would get out of breath all the time, I also had pains in my legs and feeling lethargic and gaining weight . Before my live blood test I was 14 stone.

After being in pain for so long and having lost my confidence in my doctors always trying to give me pills and once giving me the wrong pills I had enough! (I have never liked the idea of taking tablets anyway because of side effects) I Knew I had to find a way to get healthy because nothing was working; I thought it was about time I paid for my health privately and choose the alternative health as well. I saw a card in a shop and booked up my live blood test with Errol Denton.

I found the live blood test showed everything that was going on inside me it opened my eyes to what is really going on inside my body. I found Errol very polite and he explained everything in depth; he showed you stage by stage.

Having the test and going onto a programme has changed my life for the better. I do not eat rubbish and know what to put into my body.

After having my live blood test and starting the programme:

My breathing is fine now! I have no aches and pains and I am full of energy and have lost 2 stone now 12stone.

When I go to the gym I am a lot faster on the treadmill and my recovery has improved up to over a third I have seen lots of improvement in my overall fitness. Everyone has commented on my positive health & fitness changes. I am not going to give up my lifestyle for me this is for life. I would recommend anyone to have this test after my good outcome that I have had.

Retest

I had my live blood retest on 6/11/08 my blood cells had much improved and were less acidic; I still have some work to do.
