My friend Gwendolyn recommended that I went to have my live blood tested with Errol due to having good results herself and finding it very interesting.

I have been on conventional medicine for years which started to give me bad side effects I have basically lots a lot of confidence with conventional medicine and most importantly I just was not getting any better over the years.

Before my live blood test I was type 2 diabetic weight 17 stone been diagnosed by the hospital that I had gout had arthritis since 1990 lack of energy and very high blood pressure since 1982 was on a sliding scale of 150/105. My cholesterol was 7 and my sugar levels 5.7; I would never be able to sleep right through the night. I had a knee replacement in 2005 which had not been done right by the hospital, so I still need to have another operation and have to walk with a stick.

My diabetics is stable my weight has now gone down, I have now lost 1 ½ stone in weight without really trying I am now 15 ½ stone. My energy levels have gone up. My blood pressure is 147/15

Sugar is now 4.5 and my cholesterol is 5

I have found that I have less appetite and have found that I drink more fluid blend and juice.
