Before liveblood test for about 3 years, I suffered with fatigue, no energy, muscle ache, always tired and headaches. I had been to the doctors on numerous occassions, referred to every specialist about, had every test done all coming to conflicting conclusions ranging from migraine to chronic fatigue that I ust have to live with! to the most common one that was STRESS.

But im not a stressful person. What was causing me stress was the condition. A person that has exercised since the age of 13 gradually begun to feel like an eighty year old man (and that was no lie) I'd almost given up then in October 2008 I saw an advert in The Voice newspaper about live microscopy blood test, so I went along and listened to the speaker and it all made sense. All the time thinking - is this the man to get me out of this hole/mess that I am in. I made an appointment, explained what I ate, took the test, saw what my cells were doing - which was amazing to see. Errol Denton asked me to stick to a specific type of food and drink for 3 months which included: greens, energy foods and porridge with water which sounded awful but reassured me that with the changes I would notice a difference in a matter of days and he was right. Four/five days later I started to feel slightly different and 3 months later after the re-test, all I can say is CART-WHEEL! Yes that's right cart-wheels, 3 months ago I could never imagine it, tough at first but my eyes are open now to realise that it is a lifestyle change. It was the food I had been putting in my body that put me in that condition. Now I am back doing exercise, 90% to where I was 3 years ago. My weight has gone from 14 satone to 12 stone and I feel that I am 90% of the way to a full recovery. REMARKABLE - THANKS ERROL.
