My name is Elane Jackson, i'm 56 years young, i'm a mailing operative and live in North London, for the past ten years or so I had been suffering with bad back pain, very bad headaches, water retention and pain in the joints, I had tried several different medicines from the doctors none of which worked and if they did it was only for short periods, the long periods the pain just seemed to remain.

I went to see Errol on the 13/4/08 where I had my first Microscopy session, before that session I weighed in at twelve and a half stone, at first I found the diet very hard to stomache, it made me feel very sickly but seeing my blood on screen I knew I had to do something drastic and stick with it, I wanted to get better. Thanks to Errol I lost five pounds in the first week and the knees began to feel much better as the swelling went down, by the following week I had lost an additional eight pounds and with that weight lost the headaches went as well. I stuck to the diet religiously for the first three months doing as I was told within which time I had lost an additional stone and I began to feel much better my friends at work began to see the change in me as my health improved. The sickly feeling is now gone but I do get hungry sometimes. I did digress a little eating foods I knew were no good for me but thanks to Errol I am now back on track, I am now weighing in at ten stone eight pounds, and in addition to the weight lost I have gone from a size 14 to a size 10 waist and feeling much healthier and much happier within myself. I found talking to Errol very interesting and informative he seems very knowledgeable. The service he provides and the follow up was very good. God bless.
